- Shipment details (sender, recipient, customs items)
- Payment identifiers (never full card numbers — tokenised via Revolut)

- To improve our services and communicate updates you opted-in to
Data sharing
We share data with carrier partners (e.g. FedEx), customs authorities in the EU and India, and our payment provider (Revolut). We never sell personal data.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing sales@shipmyparcels.com.
Retention
Booking, invoice and customs data is retained for the period required by law (typically 10 years) for accounting and audit purposes.
